TORPEDO SCAD fish (Ikan Cencaru)



Here is Torpedo scad fish dish that I learned from last weekend as well. I was exhausted last weekend, other than learned to bake, I also learned to cook.

Whole day I was in the kitchen, busy learning and preparing. My mum was teasing me.."Please, don't come back in the future, each time you are back, you want to learn to cook this, bake there, make me tired. When I was more stronger, you don't want to learn, now I'm weak, you want to learn this dish, that dish". After my mum's comment, I can't stop laughing the whole day... I think it was funny comment :)

Guess how I replied to my mum..."mum, I'm in the difficult position, I don't want to learn to cook, I got scolded from you, I learn, I also got scolded from you, this is like hamburger, stuck in the middle" hahaha

However, this is one of my favor dish, the dish where my mum cook for me.

The blended chili with garlic was stuffed in the fish stomach and fried together with oil. After fried, serve the fish with the oil and soya source.
